Founder and Mentor
Narayan Kedia, the founder of Lex Familia India (LFI), brings over 15 years of expertise in securities and investment laws. He is the President and Head of Legal-Corporate Affairs at Sammaan Capital Limited (formerly Indiabulls). He is also an advisor and investor at BizzSetu, a B2B transaction platform designed for the manufacturing sector.
Narayan has previously worked at prestigious firms, including Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., J. Sagar Associates, and BMR Legal. His experience spans advising major conglomerates on high-profile transactions such as initial public offerings, qualified institutional placements, rights issues, public and private debt placements, debt restructurings, takeovers, private equity transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
